Common questions

I forgot my password. Use the “Forgot password” link on the login page. We’ll send a reset link to your email if an account exists.

A pin has the wrong place. Instagram captions and video vary in quality; try editing details after save or re-running extraction if the product allows. Location is inferred by AI and geocoding and may be imperfect.

The map asks for location. Location is optional. It helps center the map and show nearby pins; we don’t upload your live GPS to our servers in the current web product. You can deny permission and still use saved pins.
