Terms of Service
Last updated April 5, 2026
Welcome to Reelygood. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website, mobile applications, and related services operated by Reelygood (collectively, the “Service”) available at or through www.reelygood.club and associated domains.
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Who we are
“We,” “us,” and “our” refer to Reelygood and its operators. (Insert legal business name and contact address when publishing.)
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 (or the minimum age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that a parent or guardian has agreed to these Terms on your behalf where required. You may not use the Service if applicable law prohibits you from doing so.
3. Your account
You provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity under your account and for safeguarding your password and devices. Notify us via Support if you suspect unauthorized access. Account deletion, where offered, is subject to our Privacy Policy and reasonable backup or legal retention.
4. The Service
Reelygood helps you save and organize places from content you link (e.g. Instagram Reels), view them on a map and in other views, and share pins via links we generate. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. User content and license to us
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant Reelygood a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, and distribute your user content solely to provide, maintain, and improve the Service; extract place-related information and summaries as described in the Privacy Policy; and enforce these Terms. This license ends when you delete the relevant content or your account, except where retention is required by law or as stated in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the rights to submit your content and that it does not violate these Terms or applicable law.
6. Instagram, maps, and third parties
The Service may use publicly available Instagram material based on URLs you provide. Reelygood is not endorsed by Meta; your use of Instagram is subject to Meta’s terms. Maps and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Other providers are described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
You will not: violate law or others’ rights; scrape or overload the Service without permission; attempt unauthorized access; upload malware; harass users; circumvent security or quotas; use the Service to build a competing product using our data without permission; or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations or suspected abuse.
8. AI and automated features
Automated and AI-assisted outputs may be wrong or incomplete. You should verify important details (addresses, hours, safety) before relying on them.
9. Share links
Pins may be reachable via share links. Anyone with the link may see what that view exposes. Treat links as sensitive unless separate visibility controls exist.
10. Intellectual property
The Service (software, design, branding, documentation—excluding your content) is owned by Reelygood or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights to our trademarks except ordinary use of the Service.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate operation.
12. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REELYGOOD AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; then our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
13. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Reelygood and its affiliates, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or law, except to the extent caused by our willful misconduct.
14. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, risk, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service anytime. Provisions that should survive (e.g. disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law) survive termination.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we will post the new “Last updated” date and, for material changes, additional notice where appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
16. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local law requires otherwise. Before filing a claim, contact Support to try to resolve the dispute informally. Subject to mandatory rules in your jurisdiction, disputes may be brought in the state and federal courts in Delaware, USA.
(Many U.S. apps add arbitration and class-action waiver clauses; those are sensitive and should be drafted by counsel—this draft omits them by default.)
17. General
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement on the subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains. Failure to enforce is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale. You comply with export and sanctions laws.
